Chris Simcock

Chris is the founder of Impact Ventures Limited. Having previously worked in the Investment Banking team at First NZ Capital, Chris has significant experience across a range of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory roles, completing transactions for some of New Zealand’s leading companies, across a broad range of sectors.

Chris has also acted as an adviser for the philanthropic investment fund, NEXT Foundation, and was recently inducted as a fellow in the inaugural cohort of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship Programme.

Through Impact Ventures, Chris is a founding member and partner in the Impact Enterprise Fund, New Zealand’s first impact investing fund. He also acts as an adviser to a range of companies in strategic and corporate finance advisory roles.
